Hannah A.
Hannah is passionate about The Reentry Initiative because she believes that people don't have to be stuck in life and can create more positive futures through evidenced based programming and continued support. She explains that this “can be the difference in a life path of “paying it forward” rather than one of potential self-destruction.” Her work at the Denver County Jail, Denver Human Services, and case management through various substance abuse programming in the Denver Metro Area has given her insights and experiences into corrections, substance abuse treatment, family reunification, and community-based services. Her goal as TRI’s Program Manager is to operate with transparency, clear boundaries and strong advocacy on the clients' behalf. Hannah is excited to be a part of TRI, helping to identify and apply progressive approaches to resolve problems in a corrections system that needs new solutions.
She studied in the fields of Psychology and Sociology. She also is proficient in the Spanish language.
