In the heart of downtown Longmont, The Reentry Initiative is conveniently located on local bus routes and one block from the regional routes on bustling Main Street. We value community and holistic wellbeing for our staff and clients. TRI offers a balanced remote and in-person work week. Our spacious offices are conducive for therapeutic group healing or giving the room to accomplish tasks.
TRI recognizes eleven paid holidays in the calendar year. Full time employees are eligible to accrue paid time off and the option to enroll in our Health Reimbursement program (ICHRA). Part time employees are eligible for accrual of sick time per Colorado law. All employees may opt-in to the Secure Savings Program, a state-run retirement program for folks who work at smaller organizations such as TRI.
TRI offers ongoing development, training and supervision for all licensed and unlicensed employees regardless of employment classification.

“How TRI has supported me in finding my own style of who I am clinically, and how I show up. My own style is very different. It's very relaxed and really curious. So maintaining that part of it. It's the intangible part of the job that we do, but an unbelievably necessary part of just building that human connection for the sake of humanity and not for a clinical reason, and not because it's mandated.”
