Once enrolled as a Member, you will co-create an individual service plan with a Care Manager based upon the specific needs of your journey.

Case management support to obtain necessary documents such as ID’s, birth certificates, social security cards

Education support - finding the necessary training for a realistic path forward

Employment and career support - credentialing, resume building, interview preparation

Support to find and retain housing

Life skill classes on healthy living, relationships, budgeting, and career readiness. Many meet parole and probation requirements.
